I was worried about joining this challenge. What if I don't have time? What if I don't feel like doing taking a picture that day? What if... what if... what if? Then I realized that it wouldn't be a challenge if it were easy and I really wanted to try. I might occasionally recycle an old photograph but I'm definitely going to aim for new photos every day. I can only try!
Today's topic is a Gerber Daisy that was part of a bouquet I bought yesterday just because I loved the colours of them. I was really pleased with how close and sharp I was able to get the tiny petals at the center of the flower. I do wish I could do a pumpkin but there seems to be some weird pumpkin shortage up in Northern Alberta because I couldn't find one anywhere! Maybe I'll sneak over to my neighbours and get a picture of theirs!
I took this picture with my brand new Canon G9 when I was giving it a test drive!

And can I say how jealous I am that you have a Canon Rebel?!! My camera is the Canon Powershot S3 IS. I looove it. But the rebel, mmmm.
